  Yes, the uMobix Geofinder feature allows you to find a phone’s location using only a phone number. For full activity monitoring, the uMobix app must be installed directly on the target device, which requires brief physical access at setup.

• Can I view a device’s location?

  Yes, you can view a device’s location any time after installation. Your child’s live position and full movement history are available directly in your uMobix dashboard, from any browser or device.

• How many devices can I use with one subscription?

  One uMobix subscription covers one device. If you want to track more than one child’s device, a separate plan is needed for each device.

• Where can I view activity data?

  All activity data is available in your uMobix dashboard at us.umobix.com. No app installation is needed on your side — just open a browser, log in, and everything is there.

• Is physical access required for installation?

  Yes, physical access is required once, at the point of setup. You’ll need the phone in hand for around 5–10 minutes to install the uMobix app. After that, everything syncs automatically with no further access needed.
